Summit Tour:
From July 5–15, discover the roots of Italian cooking as you explore the country’s emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and simplified cooking methods. As you travel across Milan, Rome and Florence, consider how each local community finds identity in their cuisine, and how new and emerging food productions are changing Italy’s culinary landscape in revolutionary ways.

Summit Leadership Conference:
Join other teachers and students from across North America and Europe in Milan, Italy, for a two-day leadership conference, July 8–9. Hear from world-renowned speakers, attend expert-led workshops and gain valuable insight into how food connects plates, people, politics and culture.

Using Design Thinking—a creative problem-solving technique used by companies like Apple and Google—international teams of students will create and present solutions to feed our ever-growing world.
