Journey to The Hague, “The International City of Peace and Justice,” to think globally about human rights. Then, head to Amsterdam: home to winding canals and forward-thinking citizens. Learn about the Dutch city’s approach to sustainability from a local organization (and be sure to stop for a stroopwafel, too).
