Tropical Ecology in Sarapiquí and Arenal
Make this tropical oasis your classroom from March 20-28. From guided nature walks at La Selva Biological Station to close encounters with bats at La Tirimbina Biological Reserve, you’ll experience local culture while also investigating the region’s agricultural best practices.
Summit Leadership Conference:
Join other teachers and students in San José for a two-day leadership conference, March 21-22. Hear from world-renowned conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall and environmentalist Severn Cullis-Suzuki, attend expert-led workshops, and gain valuable insight into the challenges and best practices surrounding environmental sustainability.
Using Design Thinking—a creative problem-solving technique used by companies like Apple and Google—international teams of students will create and present solutions to an environmental challenge.
