Global Student Leaders Summit

Social Responsibility in the New Global Economy — China 2014

Our lives are connected to the global economy like never before. From the phones in our pockets to the price of gas at the pump, we feel its impact every day. As the global economy continues to evolve, it’s more important than ever for students to understand the interconnected nature of international business—and to learn the leadership skills that will help them shape our shared future in a socially responsible way. There’s no better place to gain this understanding than China, home of the world’s fastest growing economy.

In March 2014, you and your students are invited to join us in China for our annual Global Student Leaders Summit. You’ll spend part of the Summit exploring China’s history and culture on one of six immersive tours. Students will also come together at a two-day leadership conference in Shanghai featuring former U.S. Ambassador to China Jon Huntsman, Jr. to investigate their role and responsibilities in our global economy and innovate on solutions to challenges.
