Your three-island shore excursion package includes visits to the island of Samos, Knossos Palace in Crete, and Oia Village in Santorini.
In Samos, visit the Wine Museum and see the archaeological site of Heraion, a large sanctuary to the goddess Hera. After a trip to the bustling town square, enjoy the white-sand beaches of Pythagorio village, namesake of the ancient Greek philosopher and scientist, Pythagoras.
While in Crete, visit Knossos Palace, one of the Bronze Age’s most impressive archaeological sites in the world. Also known as the Labyrinth, the palace appears as a maze of workrooms, living spaces, and store rooms close to a central square. Sir Arthur Evan’s archaeological excavations and restorations from 1900 suggest that this was the site of the ancient Minoan Kingdom.
In Santorini, take a scenic excursion to the village of Oia and explore its unique architecture, quaint shops, and charming port of Ammoudi. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views.
