The following associations and organizations are aligned with EF in mission and practice.
  • National Educators Association Foundation: The NEA is an organization that represents education professionals across the United States. Their goal is to unite members and provide a quality public education which will prepare every student to succeed in a diverse and interdependent world. The NEA Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the NEA, focusing on grants and programs that support educators' efforts to close the achievement gaps, increase classroom innovations, provide professional development, and salute excellence in education.

  • Pearson Foundation: The Pearson Foundation works with nonprofit, civic, and business organizations to provide financial, organizational, and publishing assistance worldwide.

  • College Board AP: The College Board is a not-for-profit membership association whose mission is to connect students to resources and opportunities that nurture college success.
  • Model UN: The United Nations Association of the United States of America is dedicated to educating, inspiring and mobilizing Americans to support the principles and vital work of the United Nations. EF has tours designed specifically to meet the needs of Model UN programs.

  • VIF International Education: VIF International Education helps K-12 schools create sustainable and effective international learning environments that emphasize experiential learning, culture exposure and early language skills. Designated by the U.S. Department of State as an Exchange Visitor Program for over 20 years, VIF helps schools expose students to the world's languages, its myraid cultures, and diverse prospectives through international teachers. 

  • Primary Source: Primary Source promotes education in history and the humanities by connecting educators to people and cultures throughout the world.

  • Partnership for 21st Century Skills: Serves as a catalyst to position 21st century skills at the center of U.S. K-12 education by building collaborative partnerships among education, business, community and government leaders. EF is a board member promoting global awareness for P21.

  • PBS: Provides multimedia resources and professional development designed for America's preK-12 educators.

  • International Student Exchange Committee (CSIET): The Indiana Department of Education collaborates with the U.S. Department of State and the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel, as well as with international, national and local officials and partners, who support international exchange.

  • International Baccalaureate (IB): The International Baccalaureate (IB) offers high quality international education programs to a worldwide community of schools.

  • Apple Education: Apple makes it easy to create digital content that connects and inspires students in and out of the classroom.

  • Asia Society | International Studies Schools Network: Asia Society’s Education Programs promote teaching and learning about world regions, cultures and languages in K-12 schools.

  • Center for International Understanding: The Center is committed to helping North Carolinians live and work effectively with people of all cultures.

  • Lonely Planet: Lonely Planet is renowned for its first-hand approach, up-to-date maps and commitment to providing the best information for travelers.

  • Fund for Teachers: enriches the personal and professional growth of teachers by recognizing and supporting them as they identify and pursue opportunities around the globe that will have the greatest impact on their practice, the academic lives of their students and on their school communities.
