How do I log in to the website? What is my password?

Select My Account in the top navigation bar. A login pop-up will appear, simply enter your username and password. If you are still having trouble logging in, visit Login Help. Your Password is your date of birth in the exact format of mm/dd/yyyy. Please remember to include the slashes and the right number of digits when typing your birthday. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.

Where can I find my tour itinerary?

Log in to My Account, and select “Tour Itinerary” in the upper left-hand menu. If you are on a customized tour, contact your Group Leader for your itinerary details.

Do I need any vaccinations before I go on my tour?

Please visit travel.state.gov and go to “Country Specific Information” to see if any immunizations are required before entry. You may also consult your doctor.

What do I need to do to earn student credit?

Students already registered for an EF tour can enroll to earn credit by logging into My Account. Upon login, select “Forms and resources” in the upper left-hand menu and then click “Register to earn high school credit.”

When will I receive my phone card in the mail?

You will receive an ekit phone card in the mail approximately 60 days prior to departure. The card will come with five minutes of free talk time so all you’ll have to do is contact ekit and recharge your account before you go. You can do this by visiting eftours.ekit.com or calling 1-888-310-4168.
