Where can I find the booking conditions?

How do I enroll online for my tour?
Simply visit eftours.com/enroll and enter your teacher's tour number under "Enroll on your teacher’s tour," and complete the subsequent enrollment form.

How do I login to my account?
Click “Login,” located on the top right-hand corner of all pages on eftours.com. A login pop-up will appear; simply enter your username and password. Once you have logged in, your name will appear in the top right-hand corner of the page. To view your tour(s) and personal account information, click on "My Account" If you are still having trouble logging in, visit our Login Help page.

How do I make a payment?
Log in to your account and choose a tour from your list of active tours. On the "My account details" page, click the blue button below your account balance to "Make a payment".

How do I sign up for EF's monthly payment plan?
Log in to My Account and click on the “Activate" button in the Monthly Payment Plan box in the upper right corner of your account page. You can also begin the process by calling our customer service department at 1-877-205-9909. If you sign up for EF's monthly payment plan by phone, you will be asked to send a form so that we have your signature on file.

Where can I view my account history?
Log in to "My Account" using your username and password and choose a tour from your list of active tours. On the "Tour details" page, there will be a list of all your account charges and credits.

Where can I find my tour itinerary?
Log in to My Account using your username and password, choose a tour from your list of active tours, then click on "View my itinerary" in the menu to the left.

Where can I find information about my destination countries?
Visit Travel Destinations to see Lonely Planet country guides, a destination photo gallery and a video gallery of EF travel videos. To learn more about your destination, you can also visit Connect & Share and try one of our Traveler IQ challenges.

How do I make a special travel request online?
To request special travel arrangements, log into your personal account, click on “Forms and Resources,” then click on “Request special travel.”

How do I sign up for All-Inclusive Insurance?
Log into your account and choose a tour from your list of active tours. Click “Forms and Resources” in the left navigation. Under “Tour enrollment,” click on “Add/Remove Insurance.”

How do I sign up for an optional excursion?
EF offers these exciting activities as a supplement to what’s already included on your itinerary. To view which optional excursions are offered on your tour, login to your account and choose “Forms and Resources” from the menu at left. Under “Tour enrollment” select “Enroll for Optional Excursions.”

How do I meet other students going on or who have gone on the same tour?
Visit Social Networks and become a fan of EF on Facebook. Then upload the application in order to meet other travelers and get your status automatically updated when you go on tour.

Visit Contests and Promotions and learn how you can submit your tour photos and videos for a chance to win an iPod Touch.
