Enrolling on your tour

How do I enroll my child online for their tour?
Simply visit eftours.com/enroll and enter their teacher's tour number under "Enroll on your teacher’s tour," and complete the subsequent enrollment form.

Logging in

How do I login to my account?
Click “Login,” located on the top right-hand corner of all pages on eftours.com. A login pop-up will appear; simply enter your username and password. Once you have logged in, your name will appear in the top right-hand corner of the page. To view your tour(s) and personal account information, choose the "Parents" tab, then click on "My Account." If you are still having trouble logging in, visit our Login Help page.

Making payments

How do I make a payment?
Log in to your account and choose a tour from your list of active tours. On the "My account details" page, click the blue button below your account balance to "Make a payment".

How do I sign up for EF's monthly payment plan?
Log in to My Account and click on the “Activate" button in the Monthly Payment Plan box in the upper right corner of your account page. You can also begin the process by calling our customer service department at 1-877-205-9909. If you sign up for EF's monthly payment plan by phone, you will be asked to send a form so that we have your signature on file.

Where can I view my account history?
Log in to "My Account" using your username and password and choose a tour from your list of active tours. On the "Tour details" page, there will be a list of all your account charges and credits.

Where can I find my tour itinerary?
Log in to My Account using your username and password, choose a tour from your list of active tours, then click on "View my itinerary" in the menu to the left.

Log in to your account, select “Tour itinerary” from the left navigation, then click on the “Destinations” tab for destination information from Lonely Planet.

How do I make a special travel request online?
To request special travel arrangements, log into your personal account, click on "My group”, then select the “Special travel” tab.

How do I sign up for All-Inclusive Insurance?
Log into your account and choose a tour from your list of active tours. Click “My group” in the left navigation and select the “Insurance” tab.

How do I sign up for an optional excursion?
EF offers these exciting activities as a supplement to what’s already included on your itinerary. To view which optionals are offered on your tour, login to your account and choose “My group” from the left menu and select the "Optional excursions" tab.
