Julie's letter
Dear EF,
My daughter, Kelly, and I just returned from the EF tour to Ireland and England with her middle school, and are writing to let you know we cannot say enough about how much fun we had on our trip. Not only was the trip efficiently planned to see key spots and amazing scenery in both countries in just a short ten days, but also we had the excellent fortune to be expertly guided by your long-time EF Tour Director, Ian Prewitt.
At each destination, Ian made it his job to make sure we arrived on time as planned, that we were safe and comfortable and that we absorbed as much about the local culture as possible. During coach tours, Ian intrigued his students with local stories, humor and historical facts, from the Cliffs of Moher to the Georgian estates in Dublin, and again in the UK, from Beau Maris and Warwick Castles to Glastonbury, Salisbury, Wells and our final amazing destination, London. It was, to say the least, my personal satisfaction to be able to provide this invaluable experience to my daughter under Ian’s insightful tutelage. Due to this successful first experience in another country, I’m certain Kelly will become a frequent world traveler.
On our behalf, please send this note to Ian as you congratulate him for making this trip one we’ll always have fond memories of, having had the time of our lives.
