Jessie Small - Customer Service Representative

I love to explore. I discovered this passion a few years ago while helping my older sister with her business in Hong Kong. There for the whole summer, I had a fair amount of free time, which I spent wandering through the city, immersing myself in the incredible culture and history of the city-state. Excited by Hong Kong, I took my wandering to mainland China, and after that, Cambodia. I will never forget watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat, and still remember it as the moment I knew that I would cherish every opportunity I got to explore the world.

We all should have the chance to explore new places and satisfy our curiosity. I love my job at EF because I enjoy talking about traveling and getting our customers, often first time travelers, excited for trips that I know will broaden their perspectives and change their lives.
