How it Works

We take your total balance and divide it by the number of months before your final payment is due. Your credit card will be charged on the last Wednesday of every month.

If you choose to purchase other tour items, such as special travel arrangements or optional excursions, we’ll automatically adjust your monthly payment amount.

Terms and Conditions
  • EF must have a credit card holder signature on file (electronic or handwritten) before the AutoPay plan is activated.
  • You must pay $95 Lifetime Membership Fee before the AutoPay plan is activated (for Lifetime Members the $95 will be applied toward to Program Fee).
  • Your credit card will be charged on the last Wednesday of every month. If you sign up for AutoPay before the 15th of the month, your credit card will be charged for your first payment that month. If you sign up on the 15th or later, your credit card will be charged for your first payment the following month.
  • If you are submitting a debit card, please verify that there are sufficient funds available for your monthly deduction. A $20 non-refundable fee will be assessed each time a credit card or debit card is declined. The following month, we will attempt to charge both the payment due and the payment past due. EF reserves the right to withdraw you from the plan for credit card declines in two consecutive months.
  • A secondary credit card may be submitted for backup in the event the primary card is declined. No decline fee will be assessed if the secondary card is approved.
  • A minimum of 4 AutoPay payments is required to be eligible for enrollment, with the final scheduled payment being deducted no later than 35 days prior to departure.
  • The monthly payment and final payment amounts are subject to change if tour items that are added or removed exceed $115 (optional excursions, travel voucher redemptions, insurance, room upgrades, special travel requests, departure fee changes, etc.).
  • Additional payments to the account made by the participant outside of the AutoPay schedule will be deducted from the final payment, but the monthly payment amount will not be recalculated.
  • After the final payment deadline of up to 35 days prior to departure, the participant is invoiced for any subsequent charges. AutoPay payments will no longer be automatically deducted. Additional payments need to be made by credit card online at eftours.com or by phone with an EF Customer Service Representative at 1-800-665-5364.
  • The participant is not charged late fees while enrolled in AutoPay. However, if the participant opts to withdraw from the plan or is withdrawn from the plan by EF due to credit card declines in two consecutive months, EF’s standard payment schedule and late fee assessment, as outlined in our Booking Conditions, will apply.
