An enthusiastic bilingual guide travels with you 24 hours a day to make sure things go smoothly every step of the way. Your tour director also leads sightseeing expeditions, conducts spontaneous free-time outings, and offers tips for local restaurants and shopping.

Meals with local flavor
We start the day right with a full European breakfast: cereal; bread and rolls with butter and jam; juice, coffee, tea, or cocoa; often yogurt, fruit, cheese or breakfast meat. Lunch is yours to explore a little of the local fare. Dinner is a delicious three-course meal at restaurants known for their atmosphere and regional specialties—paella in Valencia, tarte flambée in Paris and fish and chips in London.
Privately guided sightseeing
All EF tours include a sightseeing overview of every major city by motorcoach—so you can get the lay of the land. Visits to important monuments and museums are privately led by a professional guide. Your Tour Director will also lead occasional walking tours of cultural attractions off the beaten track. And we build in plenty of free time to get inspired by the local atmosphere.

A good night’s sleep is important, so count on superior tourist class hotels with private baths. Most EF hotels are located in the center of town near public transportation. And rest assured, we inspect every hotel personally to ensure it’s comfortable, clean and safe.
