*iStory™ Contest Official Rules:
- The contest is open to paying participants who traveled on an EF tour between January 1, 2007 and January 1, 2008.
- To enter iStory™ Travel Journals created through Panraven login to www.panraven.com/ef, click the share tab and enter the email address istory@ef.com. Other entries may be sent to istory@ef.com
- EF Educational Tours cannot accept .exe and .bat files.
- EF Educational Tours can only accept file sizes up to 1 MB.
- Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of EF and its affiliates are not eligible.
- EF Educational Tours, its affiliates agents and others working for them or on their behalf, will have the right to photograph the winners and entry constitutes permission to use their names, pictures, likenesses, school's name and city and state of residence(s) in advertising for no additional compensation.
- One entry per person.
- All entries must be received by March 31, 2008.
- One grand prize will win two roundtrip tickets to Europe. The prize has a total estimated value of $1500.00.
- Five runners up will receive an Apple video iPod. The prize is one of five with a total estimated value of $249.00 for each prize.
- Travel dates are subject to availability. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2009.
- The winners will be notified by June 1, 2008. The winner does not need to be present to win. EF Educational Tours will notify the winner by phone, email or standard mail.
- Prize must be claimed by the June, 30 2008. Failure to execute and return any requested document(s) within 14 days of receipt, or return of notification or prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate potential winner being selected at the sole discretion of EF Educational Tours management. Winners and all travelers must execute EF's Release and Agreement, Booking Conditions, etc.
- EF Educational Tours makes no warranties with respect to the prize.
- The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. All taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners.
- EF Educational Tours is not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
