ABOUT EF
For over 55 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to one global mission: Opening the World Through Education. Our programs help students expand their knowledge of the world around them, discover more about themselves, grow more confident and independent, and understand new people, places, and cultures.
This youth-focused project explores the Girl Effect, an international movement that empowers young women to end generational poverty in their own communities. By helping to build generations of strong women throughout the North Coast, you’ll encourage the tolerance and inspiration needed to motivate a community-wide movement —as well as make physical improvements to local community centers.
