Day 1: Fly to the Dominican Republic

Days 2-5: Verde Profundo • Boca Chica
As communities evolve, so do their needs. That’s why we work closely with Verde Profundo to better understand local challenges. Since projects are determined closer to your actual tour date, here’s a glimpse at what a typical day might look like:
- Meet Verde Profundo and learn how it is working to improve the state of coral reefs in the Dominican Republic
- Discuss coral reef biology and restoration practices
- Practice snorkeling techniques as you learn how to identify local species of fish and gather scientific data within marine ecosystems

Enjoy a canopy tour
Take a guided walk in a national park

Take a boat excursion to Catalina Island
Enjoy a relaxing day snorkeling and observing a local coral reef
