See vendors tossing Pak Boong Loy Fah or "Flying Morning Glory" the odd, but wildly popular, signature dish of Phitsanulok province

    Visit the Sukhothai Historical Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site  

    Active guests can tour by bike with a local guide
